Each mission trip is unique, but there are common issues that can be addressed.  Some of these issues are sharing your testimony, utilizing a translator, team dynamics, cultural issues, ministry tools such as drama, balloons, and evangelism.  These topics are not complex but discussing and training before your trip enables you have have greater impact as well as eliminate some of the pitfalls.  The training comes out of the experience gained on over a 100 trips plus the many teams that have been trained.  The training can be customized for your location, team, and time frame.

This 6 hour seminar will equip anyone with a capacity to share the Gospel.  It includes a test that helps apply people's gifts to some addition strategies for evangelism

• Anger and Conflict

Dealing with anger and conflict is a part of any group.  This seminar will help deal with issues before they come up.  It will also help you to understand the dynamics of group conflict.
