volunteer in 1979

Lacey,1982-1992, pioneered youth ministry program, evangelism
training, and short term missions
- Began MST Ministries in 1992
- Masters in Biblical Literature, 1996
- Adjunct college professor at
Northwest College teaching youth ministry since 1997
- 1999, pioneered youth ministry,
Neighborhood Christian Center, Tumwater
- Taught youth ministry in Austria,
Chad, Panama, Nigeria, Philippines, Dominican Republic, Germany,
Mexico, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Costa Rica, Poland, Spain,
Russia, United States
- Planned and lead Short Term Missions
on 6 continents since 1984
